- Responsible of the Spanish warehouses: leading, coordinating and monitoring a team that receive, dispatch and storage the goods following the GDP metrics.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
- Keep stock control system up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
- Motivate, organise and encourage teamwork within the team to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead the stock control of the rest of the warehouses in the group monitoring Inventory levels, Obsolete stock influencing Sales to take actions.
- Responsible of the master data: Customers, Suppliers and Products.
- Responsible of the purchasing and maintenance of the Head Quarter Building.
- Responsible for implementing process improvements across the operations department.
- Responsible of the Operations Scorecards reports including developing new performance metrics to measure product cost and quality.
- Responsible of specific project at Business Level, leading the operation part.
Requirements
- Bachelor´s in Engineering or similar
- Valuable master’s degree in Supply Chain
Experience:
- At least 4+ years of previous experience in Supply Chain, in particular in Warehouse management.
- Previous experience leading the implementation of continuous improvement processes/projects and with a Score Card culture
Skills:
- Negotiation, leadership, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, empathy, dynamism and tolerance to work under pressure
Languages:

Duties:
- Prepare the payrolls of SA, Argentina, India, China, SP, Italy Branch and Distribution freelancers.
- Generate the accounting files of these entities.
- All the administrative mass of these entities.
- Review the monthly payrolls of the rest of the entities.
- Control of Master Salary and Personnel Data.
- Time and Attendance Control.

Requirements:

Functions:
1.- Sales promotion. Customer link at all levels management, purchasing, pd, logistics, ap; customer offers, samples, negotiation & follow usp; new product sales & development:
- push strategy: maximizing commodities
- pull strategy: getting new items with sales.
Customer visits & meetings: 12 days x month; planning of impacts: visits and other impacts; exhibitions presence: develop old and new contacts
2.-Reporting: CRM. Daily impacts, visits, phone calls, emails, etc.Customer sheets evaluation with gm and suppliers.
3.- Sales Operations: preparing ack and communicating/relaying to customer; instructing on launching pos to suppliers when necessary; instructing logistic department on how to ship product. (batch assignment, carrier, timing, costs…)
4.- Supply Management: research of new suppliers for new ingredients; research appropriate specs (see sop product development); negotiation on pricing & conditions; internal reporting of information (supplier reports & quotes)…
5.- Forecasting & Budget: yearly budget preparation; monthly analysis & follow up on the budget; forecasting of sales for stock & po management; helping defining corporate stock policy.
Requirements:

Requirements:
- Bachelor´s in Pharmacy or Life Sciences

- Know the CADIFA system and be the focal point / security manager for DMFs
- Support to the commercial team / analyze DMF + technical decisions
- Know the international guidelines (ICH, EMA, TGA and FDA).
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in Phama or API´s sector
- Critical Analysis of technical documentation (Drug Master File – DMF) according to Brazilian and international guidelines (as ICH, EMA and FDA);
- Follow up with national and international API manufacturers;
- Development of manufacturers for a new drug product
- Verification of impurites profile (verification of potential impurities presented in the DMF and their risk to the final API)
